At Hairston & Associates, we are presently looking for qualified professional Insurance agents and Customer Services Associates to handle the volume of business.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle large volume of incoming new business calls,
- Answer questions regarding Insurance products
- Perform instant quotes for customers and field agents.
- Handle renewals and cancellations for existing customers.
- Call on prospective clients to provide leads for additional business.
- Cross sell current clients on existing products
- Process paperwork once policy is signed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid P&C license for the State of Texas
- Valid Life & Health license for the State of Texas
- Previous experience in the insurance industry
- Ability to multitask and handle heavy call volumes
- Previous sales/customer service experience.
- Current personal auto liability coverage
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
