TQM
Hairston & Associates was established in 1991. In 1997 the firm was awarded a Government Grant to participate in the Total Quality Management (TQM) training program. TQM enabled our employees to become familiar with materials and techniques usually reserved for larger corporations. A direct result of this training was a heightened awareness of Quality Customer Service, Leadership Development and Team Participation.
